ABOUT
ACTAGORA is a start-up that will disrupt traditional corporate payments.
Corporates will be able to execute real-time global payments over a new payments platform, that will connect directly to Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource-Planning (ERP) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
All working capital on the platform will additionally yield a risk free premium to central bank deposit rates, all the while being protected from defaults. The advantages are important compared to cash being held in a bank account, whereby the working capital contributes to the balance sheets of banks, their profit and potential bankruptcy estate.
Pooled Payments
Retail consumers have seen various new ways to transfer money inexpensively and quickly, even internationally from one currency to another. More specifically, these solutions include a private network (”cloud” or ”pool”) of participants, within which money can be transferred from one member to another in real time.
At the same time, these non-banks in retail payments have faced challenges related to regulation and national deposit guarantees. The solution has been to depend heavily on payment processing entities like VISA, MasterCard and American Express, and to deposit participants’ assets on bank accounts.
We are proposing a different solution dedicated to serve corporate needs.

In addition, Martin has several years of experience of restructuring operations, portfolio management, global distribution, PR and people management.
Martin’s strengths are his resourcefulness, strategic vision and creative mindset. Martin is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA) and he holds a M.Sc. in Economics; Major in Finance.
